About me
Trainee attorney‑at‑law at the Cracow Bar Association, and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.
She has gained professional experience in law firms specializing in providing legal services to companies in the fields of new technologies and commercial law. She was responsible for the day-to-day legal support of national and international entities, including those operating in franchising, renewable energy, and startup sectors. She has participated in projects related to corporate transformations, including mergers, acquisitions, and demergers. As part of her professional practice, she has prepared due diligence reports, advised on and implemented corporate financing strategies, introduced new franchise models to clients, and developed employee stock ownership plans (ESOP).
She is currently involved in a wide range of IT projects, including implementation, service, and maintenance agreements, non-disclosure agreements, outsourcing agreements, and facility leasing agreements. She works on intellectual property protection initiatives, particularly drafting and reviewing licensing agreements and copyright transfers. She actively participates in litigation related to the protection of personal and intellectual property rights of entities significant to the Polish economy.
She is one of the leaders of the national “Studia na Horyzoncie” project, which promotes informed choices in higher education. Later, as the Director of the Human Resources and Organizational Image Sector, she initiated the digital development of the association’s activities and organized training in public and internal communication.
She is the author of a scientific article on the use of digital copies of works on the internet, published in the monograph “Copyright Law in the Era of Digitization” (Institute of Justice Publishing House, Warsaw 2021, edited by Adrian Niewęgłowski and Mateusz Derdak).
