Attorney-at-law with over 20 years of experience, specializing in assisting clients throughout the public procurement process, both for contracting authorities and suppliers. She has gained experience as a lawyer at renowned law firms focusing on IT-related public procurement issues, and as an in-house lawyer, including as a permanent legal advisor in the public procurement team at the Comarch Group. She has provided legal support to suppliers in major public procurement procedures across the IT, telecommunications, energy, and construction sectors, and has also advised smaller companies on day-to-day project-related issues. She possesses extensive experience in managing contract disputes in public procurement, often achieving successful resolutions through amicable settlements.
She is a member of the Supervisory Board of Comarch Polska S.A. and, subsequently, CA Consulting S.A. She is the author of numerous publications on public procurement in professional journals, a speaker at conferences and training sessions on public procurement, and a lecturer in postgraduate studies on the subject.
