In the area of IP in the IT sector, we account for the specificities of software protection, licensing standards (e.g., OLP, VLP, OEM), open source licenses in copyleft models (GNU GPL, Mozilla Public License, etc.) and non-copyleft models (BSD, MIT, Apache, etc.), as well as open content licenses (Creative Commons). Additionally, we provide support for intellectual property rights concerning digital works other than computer programs, as a database structures, databases themselves (sui generis protection), look & feel protection, and know-how.

- Assist in obtaining or enhancing protection for intellectual property rights, particularly through registration procedures with the Polish Patent Office, EUIPO, or patent offices in other countries (USA, China), and if necessary, collaborate with specialized foreign entities and recognized patent attorney firms.
- Provide comprehensive support in disputes related to intellectual property contracts (mediation, arbitration, litigation) and assist in enforcing settlement obligations and judgments.
